This recipe is easy, quick and delicious! Whip up this whipped cream in minutes with a whipped cream dispenser and whipped cream chargers. This recipe will taste nearly the same as if you were eating regular milk based whipped cream! Try it for yourself!
1 (15-ounce) can unsalted chickpeas
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons icing sugar (or plant based sugar substitute)
Pour the liquid from the can of chickpeas into the whipped cream dispenser (save the chickpeas for another use!). Add the cream of tartar, vanilla and sugar directly to the dispenser. Add N2O charger, shake and enjoy!
Make ahead: This whipped cream is best used immediately, as it can begin to collapse quickly. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, keep chilled until ready to serve.
