250 g/ about 3 cups fine oats
250 g/ about 3 cups rolled oats
100 g/ 2/3 cup raisins
100 g/ 2/3 cup chopped dates
40 g/ 1/3 cup flax seeds
40 g/ 1/3 cup sesame seeds
40 g/ about ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Optional: any other kind of dried fruit, seeds, almonds, nuts.
