Not only is this recipe super easy to make – it’s delicious and nutritious too. It’s great served with this cacao tart.
You can top with a selection of nuts, honey (or more maple syrup) and we’ve also added a sprinkle of blueberry powder.
8 plums, stoned and chopped
200ml/7fl oz coconut milk
12 pitted dates
2 tbsp. maple syrup
