This oatmeal is sweetened using orange juice and some dried fruit – instead of the ton of refined sugar that’s normally used to sweeten rhubarb!
1-foot rhubarb (30cm), chopped into ½ inch lengths
2 tablespoons dried fruit of choice, chopped if large
¼ cup orange juice
¾ cup almond milk
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
