2-Ingredient Raw Truffles

Here’s an easy recipe for my favorite raw truffles that requires no food processor or blender. That’s right, you only need a fork!

Ingredients

½ cup of dates
2/3 cup of shredded coconut and/or crushed nuts
1 tablespoon of peanut butter or tahini – optional
Cocoa or cacao powder – optional
Cinnamon – optional
