Asparagus Quiche

Serves: 6-8

Asparagus Quiche, a great way to welcome the arrival of spring, creamy, cheesy and delicious.

Ingredients

13 or 14 asparagus stalks
4 eggs
1 cup + 1 tablespoon shredded Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 cups whole cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 pre-made (unbaked) pie crust
