Baked French Toast with Mango-Coconut Sauce

Enjoy French toast every day of the week with this easy baked french toast, served with a no added sugar mango coconut chia sauce!

Ingredients

3 cups milk or unsweetened plant milk
3 eggs
1½ teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons honey
12 slices sprouted grain bread
½ cup chopped almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar, optional for topping

Mango Coconut Chia Sauce:
2 cups frozen mango
1½ cups canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoons chia seeds
