2 Bananas (Frozen or room temp depending on which method you choose – see excerpt above)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2-3 tablespoons of Unsweetened Almond milk (or Coconut Milk)
1 Cup of Apple Butter/Sauce
For Candied Pistachios:
A handful of Pistachios
1 teaspoon of Honey or Coconut Sugar
