1 packet of puff pastry sheets, 500 g/ 1.1 lbs or 3 sheets round puff pastry (ca 24 cm/ 9.4 inches) (fresh or frozen)
500 ml/ 10.9 fl.oz/ 2 ¼ cups double cream
2 packets Dr. Oetker cream stabilizer
