Best Hummus Ever

This is the best hummus I have ever eaten.
Ingredients
250 g/ 8.8 oz cooked chickpeas (the same amount of canned chickpeas)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
some chickpea cooking water (or water from the can)
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 heaped tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon hot paprika
nigella seeds to sprinkle on top
