German almond and honey cake (filled with vanilla custard).

Ingredients

380g flour
20g fresh yeast
100g sugar
2tsp vanilla sugar
1/2tsp salt
1 egg
125ml milk
50g butter
1 lemon

100g butter
75g sugar
3tbsp honey
100g almond flakes
2tbsp cream

500ml milk
4tbsp honey
vanilla custard powder (for 500ml milk)
