1½ cups cooked white beans (or 1 can rinsed and drained)
1 cup diced cauliflower
⅓ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
⅛-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, depending on how spicy you like it
¼ cup hot sauce, such as Franks Red Hot
8 small tortillas, whole wheat or corn (6 inch size)
