Crunchy, tasty cauliflower pancakes. Great for breakfast, lunch or snacks. They’re delicious!

Ingredients

½ head of Cauliflower
½ cup of Scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of Golden Flaxseed Meal
2 Eggs
1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon of Pepper
3 tablespoons of Butter
3 tablespoons of Sour Cream, to serve
