2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
2 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
2.1 ounces (1/2 cup) Einkorn flour
½ tsp seasoned salt (I used one with garlic)
2 Tbsp garlic olive oil
1 – 2 Tbsp ice water
