Chocolate Chia Almond Bars

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: Freeze time 15 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Serves: 10 bars

A quick, no-bake recipe for a nutrient dense snack or breakfast. They freeze and transport really well!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons pepitas
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons buckwheat groats
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips-optional
