These shortbread cookies are dangerously irresistible. They are delicate, flaky, and simply melt in your mouth!
Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds
¼ cup + 2 Tbs vegan butter (coconut oil, or grass fed butter if not vegan)
3 Tbs agave nectar (or honey)
1 tsp almond extract
1¼ cup unbleached cake flour (or gf all purpose flour for gluten free option)
pinch of salt
½ cup vegan chocolate chips
1 Tbs vegan butter or coconut oil
