Not so sweet healthy fudge. Tahini and sesame, rich in vitamin E gives us nice nutrition in dry winter season.
350g pure dark chocolate
6tbs coconut milk
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberry
2tbs sesame seed toasted
In double boiler melt chocolate.
Add tahini and coconut milk, mix well.
Remove from heat, and mix nuts and cranberry.
Place into a greased tray(or lined with oven paper).
Flatten and sprinkle sesame seed, chill for 3 hours.
