To cook savoury quinoa (makes 3 cups)
1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 cups broth
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

To cook sweet quinoa base (makes 3 cups)
1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 cups water
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
