Cranberry Orange Oat Muffins

Cranberry Orange Oat Muffins (gluten-free, non-dairy); this flourless oat based muffin is soft, moist, delicious and super easy to make, all you need is a blender and some real appetite!

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup apple sauce (substitute Greek yogurt if dairy is not a restriction)
2 eggs, cage-free
⅓ cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ fresh orange juice
