A creamy stove top mac n cheese that’s packed with spinach – a delicious dinner for the whole family, plus it makes great leftovers.

8 oz Cavatappi pasta or elbow macaroni
3 TBSP unsalted butter
3 TBSP all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups whole milk
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
4 oz Monterey jack cheese, finely shredded
6 oz frozen spinach, thawed
salt and pepper
