What’s better than Creamy Vanilla Rice Pudding? Creamy Vanilla Rice Pudding made in the slow cooker!! Enjoy this pudding topped with Chai Spiced Jam.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup aborio rice (organic if possible)
5 cup soy or almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup coconut cream (from the top of full fat canned coconut)
1/4 cup natural cane sugar (or more depending on desired sweetness)
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chai spiced jam
