Crispy Baked Polenta

Oven baked polenta rectangles served with a tangy beurre noisette, walnut and sage sauce.

Ingredients

1 + ½ cups cornmeal (300g)
6 cups water (1400 ml)
1 + ½ tsp salt (12g)
3 Tbsp olive oil (45ml)
3 Tbsp bread crumbs (15g)
