1 butternut squash cut in half with seeds removed
1/2 large yellow onion cut in half with root removed
4 large carrots peeled with tops removed
6 cloves large of garlic
1/3 cup of coconut oil melted
2 teaspoons of coarse sea salt + more to taste
1 tablespoon of curry powder
