Delicious & Healthy Veggie Samosa Wraps

A healthy wrap version of a veggie samosa. Not fried and full of flavour! Perfect to pack for lunch, they can be frozen and reheated one at a time.
Ingredients
5 white potatoes
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 white onion
2 cloves of garlic
thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 heaping teaspoon of garam masala
juice of 1/2 a lemon
large handful of fresh cilantro, stems removed and chopped
salt to taste (approximately 1 teaspoon)
6 whole wheat tortillas
chutney for dipping
