So light and fluffy, you would never guess they’re made without dairy, eggs, or gluten! And the best part is that you probably have everything you need in your pantry to make them!

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
