A delicious and refreshing smoothie that is perfect for fall apple season!
2-3 leaves kale or Swiss chard (or handful of spinach)
1 apple, cored
Handful of frozen pineapple chunks (I get it frozen at Costco)
Small nub of ginger, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled (or 2 tablespoons juice)
About 1 cup water (enough to get the blender moving)
