Serve this hearty bowl of mixed vegetables with a side of buttermilk cornbread for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

olive oil
onion
sweet bell pepper
fresh garlic cloves
water
lima beans (fresh or frozen)
corn (fresh or frozen)
roasted, peeled and chopped green chile (The amount you use depends on the heat of the chile and how hot you want the succotash.)
seasoning
cream
fresh cilantro, chopped
