This Harissa Hummus will have you hooked with its spicy, smoky, and wonderfully aromatic flavor.

Ingredients

3 garlic cloves
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained (reserve the liquid)
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ cup tahini
5 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. chickpea liquid, or water
1 ½ Tbs. harissa
