2 large bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
3/4 cup fat-free milk (almond, soy, dairy, coconut)
3/4 tsp mint extract
1 handful kale
1 Tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, dates, agave)
