Kale Chips, Three Ways

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1 1/2 cups

Kale Chips are a revolutionary snack, crispy and filled with the delicious salty flavour of potato chips but are so healthy for you and packed with nutrients!

Ingredients

1 bunch of kale chips, washed and dried (about 2 cups)
1 teaspoon of olive oil/cooking spray
2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of grated parmesan cheese
