210 g (1 cup) Thai glutenous rice
250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 mangoes (Alfonso are the best!)
100 g dates, pitted
5 – 10 tbsp water
2 tbsp sesame seeds
