Maple Roasted Butternut Squash

Caramelized butternut squash roasted in smoky maple syrup and the floral flavors of fresh thyme. Both easy and delicious, you’ll love this fall vegetable side.

Ingredients

1 4 lb. butternut squash (or 2, 2 lb. squash)
2 T maple syrup
2 T olive oil
1½ tsp fresh chopped thyme
1½ tsp salt
a healthy crack of fresh ground pepper
