6 ingredients, blend, and sip! This green smoothie is packed with nutritious vegetables and fruits, ultra hydrating, and super refreshing.

Ingredients

1 cup brewed mint tea, chilled
1 medium apple, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
2 large leaves lettuce (or other greens)
juice of 1 lemon
few slices peeled fresh ginger (more if you like it spicy)
handful ice cubes
