This simple grain-free treat is perfect for breakfast time — or any time.

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw walnut pieces
1/2 cup raw cashew pieces
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup dried apples, chopped (about 4 rings)
1/4 cup raisins
