The perfect fall snack – pomegranates add a touch of sweetness to hearty chickpeas and make an AMAZING combo for hummus!
Ingredients
1 cup dried chickpeas, soaked in water for 3+ hours (or one 15 oz can)
1 cup pomegranate arils
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sea salt (or more to taste)
1/4 cup water
