Porridge Good Enough to Eat

A creamy mixture of oats and whole wheat farina cooked with delicious spices, then drizzled with cream and golden syrup.

Ingredients

2 prunes, diced or pulled apart by hand
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup hot wheat farina cereal
½ cup whole milk
½ cup water
dash of cinnamon
dash of ground ginger
½ tablespoon of brown sugar
pinch of salt
cream to serve
Lyle’s golden syrup to serve
