Hemp is a huge hit right now, and there are a few good reasons, why you should incorporate it in your diet. Hemp seeds contain all the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6) necessary to maintain healthy human life. Hemp seeds are also high in magnesium, a mineral that helps with relaxation, blood sugar control, blood pressure, and potentially osteoporosis, and that is generally low in women.

Ingredients

1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 banana
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
