Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Pudding

Prep time: 15-20 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45-50 minutes
Serves: 9 slices

Pumpkin sticky toffee pudding; moist pumpkin cake soaked in a salted caramel sauce.

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup milk
2 cups white sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
