Chewy energy bars packed with healthy fats from coconut oil, tahini, and almonds

Ingredients

12 chopped dates
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup almonds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup cooked quinoa or amaranth (or a combination of both if it’s leftover from Inca porridge)
