Radish and Cucumber Salad for Thanksgiving

1 bunch red radishes, trimmed
1 cucumber
½ tsp salt
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs lemon juice
½ tsp olive oil
½ tsp sesame oil
1 tsp nectar agave
½ tsp sesame seeds for garnishing
1 tsp chopped green onion for garnishing
