Red brussels sprouts

Many people do not like Brussels sprouts. It is a very varied vegetable that also can taste quite different from the classic cooked way. If you want to give it a try, here is a recipe which you can use as a side dish or even alone as a main dish. In the picture I´ve used red Brussels sprouts, simply because of the color. The “normal” green works as well of course.

Ingredients

500g fresh Brussels sprouts
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
Lime juice (1/2 lime)
2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce (I´ve used the sweet version)
Sesame seeds
¼ cup vegetable stock or white wine
1/4 cup honey
