Refined sugar-free rhubarb crumble. Perfect for dessert and devouring for breakfast the following day. Made with an oat, walnut and pumpkin seed crumble.

Ingredients

1¼ cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
4 teaspoons coconut oil
3 medium rhubarb stalks
rind of one lemon
juice of half a lemon
4 tablespoons honey
