This is an easy side dish that doesn’t involve much prep work or complicated slicing – just delicious carrots, balsamic vinegar and time. They’re great served with any main, and taste just as good the next day. The perfect accompaniment to a big meal like Thanksgiving or Christmas.
½ Kilo carrots – washed/cleaned up
2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon salt
