Roasted Cabbage with Lime and Sriracha is a delicious side dish that’s gluten-free, vegan, and low-carb.
1 medium-sized head of firm cabbage
2 T neutral-flavored oil (I used Avocado Oil.)
2 T fresh squeezed lime juice (or slightly more if you really like lime)
2 tsp. Sriracha Sauce (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp. Vege-Sal (or slightly smaller amount of regular salt)
2 tsp. sesame seeds (I used black sesame seeds, but any type will work, or skip if you don’t have them.)
