Roasted spaghetti squash with browned butter, chopped hazelnuts, sage and warming spices is a comforting and easy fall side dish.

Ingredients

2 spaghetti squash
1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 tablespoons fresh sage leaves, sliced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
