½ cup hazelnuts, roasted and skinned
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp neutral flavoured oil (like grapeseed)
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
1 Tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
2 Tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp salt (I love the smoked Maldon)
