Rosemary Roasted Almonds – a healthy snack coated with fresh rosemary, quinoa, and flax seeds.

Ingredients

1 egg white
2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 1/2 cups raw almonds
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
3 tablespoons quinoa
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
