This post is about how to make this cauliflower stir-fry with a few simple ingredients in less than 10 minutes, a “fast-food” but in a much healthier way.

Ingredients

16 oz fresh cauliflower
1 small dried chili pepper
2 green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 tsp canola oil
¼ tsp salt
1-½ tbs water
green onion curls for garnishing
