2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
¼ cup all purpose flour, divided
¼ cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
¼ cup brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
cooking spray
