A great stir-fry brimming with vegetables, mushrooms and Asian style flavours. Perfect as a side or as a main dish or even just on its own! – Even Brussels sprout haters will love this dish. Promise! 🙂

Ingredients

wok oil (soy, sesame, peanut – they all work)
small onion
garlic
Brussels sprouts
pak choi
oyster mushrooms
pineapple
soy sauce (use gluten-free to make this gluten-free)
sriracha sauce
coriander
